I started my career as a U.S. Army Combat Medic.
In that role, clarity wasn’t optional. When people were stressed, overwhelmed, or scared, my job was to stay calm, communicate clearly, and help them move forward.
That experience shaped how I approach everything I do today.
After the military, I transitioned into the technology world, eventually leading large-scale cybersecurity and infrastructure projects for major organizations.
Over more than 17 years, I managed thousands of projects with multimillion-dollar budgets and worked closely with executives, engineers, and frontline teams alike.
What stood out to me wasn’t the technology—it was how often people felt confused, intimidated, or left out of the conversation.
I believe in listening first, fixing processes, and then using AI intentionally—only where it makes sense.
